Maxim is not barrier-free. Customers arriving in a wheelchair need an assistant to help them with the stairs. Personal assistants can enter the gigs with the person they are accompanying free of charge and do not need a separate ticket. The person they are accompanying must present an EU disability card upon request.

Seating:

During gigs, there is a limited number of seats in the performance hall (with the exception of events, stand-up and theatre performances, which are held in a seated audience. In these events, a mention of a seated audience is in the event information. In this case, there are also no tables available in the hall). It is not possible to reserve seats. Seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Lobby service

Maxim’s lobby service fee is €4 per person. The lobby service fee is not included in the admission ticket price. Outerwear and large bags must be left at the cloakroom for security reasons.
